The official languages of the congress are English and Turkish.
All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear their name badges when entering the congress venue, attending scientific sessions, visiting the exhibition area, and participating in social events. This is essential for the smooth operation and security of the congress. Guests without a valid name badge will not be permitted to participate in congress activities.
Certificates of attendance will be available for collection at the registration desk upon completion of the congress.
An invitation letter will be provided upon request to participants who have completed their registration. This letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining permission from their institutions to attend the congress and does not imply any financial support.
Throughout the congress, pharmaceutical and medical device companies will have the opportunity to exhibit their products in the designated exhibition area within the congress venue. The exhibition area will remain open during the entire congress.
The registration and information desks will be located at Pine Convention Center and will be open daily from 09:00 to 18:00.
