Abstracts prepared in the system will be sent for evaluation only after the submission has been officially finalized. Abstracts that are not approved for submission and evaluation by the user will not be reviewed.

We strongly request that you review the abstract writing guidelines for Original Research and Clinical Case Reports / Case Series via the link below before uploading your abstract to the online abstract submission system.

Authors are kindly requested to prepare their abstracts in accordance with the following guidelines.

1. ORIGINAL RESEARCH

Title
• The title must be written entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS.
• Please keep the title concise and clearly reflective of the study.

Authors
• Authors should be listed as follows:

Author 1 Name Surname, Author 2 Name Surname
• The first letter of each name and surname should be capitalized.
• Academic or professional titles (e.g., Prof., Assoc. Prof., Dr.) must not be included before the authors' names.

Affiliation
The institutional affiliation should be provided in the following order:

University Name, Faculty Name, Department Name

Example:
Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anatomy

• The university should be stated first, followed by the faculty and department.

Abstract Structure
Original research abstracts must include the following sections:

Aim: ……….
Material and Method: ……….
Results: ……….
Conclusion: ……….
Keywords: ……….

2. CLINICAL CASE REPORT / CASE SERIES
Title
• The title must be written entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS.
• Please keep the title concise and clearly reflective of the case or case series.

Authors
• Authors should be listed as follows:

Author 1 Name Surname, Author 2 Name Surname
• The first letter of each name and surname should be capitalized.
• Academic or professional titles (e.g., Prof., Assoc. Prof., Dr.) must not be included before the authors' names.

Affiliation
The institutional affiliation should be provided in the following order:

University Name, Faculty Name, Department Name

Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anatomy

• The university should be stated first, followed by the faculty and department.

Abstract Structure

Clinical case reports and case series must include the following sections:

Aim: ……….

• All keywords must be written in lowercase, including the first letter of each keyword.

• The abstract body should have maximum 300 words.
• The title of the abstract must consist of a maximum of 10 words and clearly reflect the content of the study.
• The name-surname, title, institution, city and contact addresses of all authors of the abstracts should be added on relevant part.
• The abstract text cannot contain any specific information that would allow identification of the author(s) or indicate their institution(s).
• While uploading the abstract to the system, the preferred presentation type may be selected as one of the options listed below. The Scientific Committee will take the stated preference into consideration during the evaluation process, and based on the review results, abstracts deemed appropriate will be accepted either as Oral or Poster presentations.

Presentation Type Preference Options:

Abstracts must include the following sections:

• Accepted abstracts will be marked in the system, and each user will be able to track the status of their submissions through their personal account.
• The author who will present the accepted abstract must complete their registration by 31 May 2027.
